By accessing or using AirBae (the "App") or our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

2. Description of Service

AirBae is a behavioral support application designed to help users quit smoking and vaping through habit tracking, craving management tools, educational content, and community support.

AirBae is not a medical device and is not intended to replace professional medical care, counselling, or prescription cessation treatments.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to use AirBae. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

4. User Responsibilities

As a user of AirBae, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account or joining the waitlist
• Use the App only for its intended purpose — personal behavioral support
• Not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the App
• Not use the App in any way that could harm other users or third parties

5. Beta Program

AirBae is currently in beta. Beta features may be incomplete, subject to change, or temporarily unavailable. By participating in the beta program via TestFlight, you agree to provide honest feedback and acknowledge that the App is still under development.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, design, and code within AirBae is the intellectual property of AirBae. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written permission.

7. Limitation of Liability

AirBae provides its services on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee that use of the App will result in smoking or vaping cessation. We are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.

Results vary between individuals. AirBae is a support tool, not a guarantee of outcome.

8. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes via email (if you are on our waitlist) or via the App. Continued use of AirBae after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Germany. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Germany.
